       Our availability are online in real time.

  • Minimum number of nights:

    The villa:

    • The minimum stay is 3 nights in low and mid-season.
    • In high season ( July / August ), the minimum stay is 7 nights.

       The suites:

      • The minimum stay is 2 nights in low and mid seasons.
      • In high season (July / August ), the minimum stay is 3 nights.
    • Arrival time / Departure time

          Your villa or suite will be available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

          On your departure day, you must vacate your accommodation by 10:00 AM at the latest

         A €30 surcharge will be applied for arrivals and departure outside of these hours.

    • Early arrivals / Late departures

           Early arrival or late departure is subject to availability upon the client's arrival.

           A €30 surcharge may apply.

     

    • Children :
      • We accept children from 7 years old as our Villa, Suites and Gardens are not suitable for younger children.
    • Animals :
      • We accept pets in our villa, a supplement of €12 per day  by pets applies (maximum 2 pets).
    • Cigarettes/Cigars :
      • Smoking is not permitted inside, but the entire outdoor area is perfectly suitable. Ashtrays are available on the terraces.

     

    • Prices:

              The price of our villa & Suites during the summer season varies between €90 and €210 per night and includes

                 - bed linen

                 - bathroom linen

                 - beds made upon arrival

                 - Guest amenities

                 - A courtesy tray

                 - Unlimited Wi-Fi by Fiber

    • Taxes :
      • The tourist tax is charged at 5.5% of the average nightly rate per adult(s) and per additional day(s) per guest per night.

     

    • End-of-stay cleaning : 

          To save you the hassle of cleaning at the end of your stay and to leave with peace of mind,

          we offer a cleaning package.

          This excludes:

                - Putting things away: ( equipment and furniture back in place, barbecue and dishes clean and put away).

                - the removal of your personal belongings and waste.

                - the removal of the sheets and pillowcases, which will be placed in the bathtub (leave the protective covers).

                - Used bath towels should be placed in the bathtub.

                          Failure to comply with these instructions will result in a deduction from the deposit.

    CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

     

    • Reservation conditions:
      • In order to guarantee your reservation at the prices displayed, cancellable and refundable, it must be accompanied by a deposit.
      • The Villa: 25% of the total amount of the stay, paid to Fabien Lambert directly.
      • Les Suites: 50 % of the total amount of the stay from 2 or 3 nuits, 25 % of the total amount of the stay more than 3 nights paid to Fabien Lambert directly.
      • The Reservations are only considered firm upon receipt of the corresponding deposit. 
      • The balance of your reservation must be paid 30 days before the start date of the stay.

        - By transfer to our bank account

        - By credit card on our site

        - By bank check

        - By cash upon arrival

      • At the arrival, a security deposit will be requested, in the form of a bank card imprint or a cash deposit, in the amount of €500. This is refunded the same evening of departure. If any damage is noted, this deposit will be returned at the latest within 15 days following the end date of the stay, less the cost of restoring the premises.

     

    • Cancellation by customer

                  All cancellations must be notified by  email addressed to the owner.

                  - If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the date of entry into the premises, the Owner will

                      retain all the deposit.

                  - If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the date of entry, and except in cases of force majeure

                     duly justified, the Owner will keep the entire rental amount.

     

    • Cancellation by owner

                   - The Owner undertakes to immediately return the payments received by the Tenant.
