• Minimum number of nights :
  
  • The minimum length of stay is 3 nights in low and mid season
  • In high season (July / August) minimum stay of 7 night

• Arrival time / Departure time

        Your villa or suite will be available from 2:00 p.m

        On the day of your departure, you must vacate your accommodation no later than 10:00 a.m.

      Outside these hours a supplement of €30 will be charged to you.

• Early arrivals / Late departures

       Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability upon arrival of the client.

      A supplement of 30€ may  be apply

• Children :
  • We accept children from 7 years old as our Villas, Suites and Gardens are not suitable for younger children.

• Animals :
  • We accept animals, a supplement of €10 per day applies (maximum 2 animals).

• Cigarettes/Cigars :
  • It is not possible to smoke inside but the entire outdoor area is perfect for it. Ashtrays are at your disposal on the terraces.
• Prices : 

The price of our villas during the summer season varies between €90 and €230 per night and includes:

• • bed linen
  • bathroom linen
  • beds made on arrival
  • Amenities
  • a courtesy tray
  • Unlimited WIFI
• Taxes :
  • The tourist tax is charged 5.5% of the average cost of the night by number of adult(s) and the number of additional day(s) per guest per night

• Cleaning end of stay:
  • To save you the chore of cleaning at the end of your stay and leave with complete peace of mind, we offer you the cleaning package. 
    

    This excludes:

    - storage: Put the equipment and furniture back in place, barbecue and dishes clean and tidy.

    - the evacuation of your personal effects as well as your waste.

    - removal of sheets, pillowcases, which will be placed in the bathtub (leave the protections in place).

    - used towels must be placed in the bathtub.

    These instructions not respected will result in a deduction from the deposit.

• Reservation conditions
  • In order to guarantee your reservation at the prices displayed, cancellable and refundable, it must be accompanied by a deposit corresponding to 25% of the total amount of the stay, paid on line.
  • The Reservations are only considered firm upon receipt of the corresponding deposit. 
  • The balance of your reservation must be paid 30 days before the start date of the stay.

  • At the arrival, a security deposit will be requested, in the form of a bank card imprint or a cash deposit, in the amount of €500. This is refunded the same evening of departure. If any damage is noted, this deposit will be returned at the latest within 15 days following the end date of the stay, less the cost of restoring the premises.
• Cancellation by customer

              All cancellations must be notified by  email addressed to the owner.

              - If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the date of entry into the premises, the Owner will

                  retain all the deposit.

              - If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the date of entry, and except in cases of force majeure

                 duly justified, the Owner will keep the entire rental amount.

• Cancellation by owner

               - The Owner undertakes to immediately return the payments received by the Tenant.
